He has worked extensively in diverse industries, including aviation, banking and finance, technology, marine, and hospitality—earning him the reputation as an “L&D SEAL” for his versatility across sea, air, and land sectors.
Throughout his career with several Fortune 500 organizations, Aldrin has designed and delivered transformative leadership development journeys, led major business transitions, and championed process optimization initiatives that drove efficiency, growth, and profitability.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, and multiple professional certifications, including Situational Leadership II, DiSC, and StrengthsFinder 2.0. A certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, Aldrin brings globally recognized standards and practices to his work.
In addition, he serves as a key member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development’s CSR team, leading the Strategic Alliances and Partnerships pillar to support initiatives aligned with PSTD’s mission and vision.
Grace Jimenez

The academe provides the foundations—how financial numbers are formed and reported. Grace’s extensive experience across diverse organizations, however, has given deeper meaning to those numbers, particularly as reflected in management reports for costing, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Rising from the ranks, Grace brings a grounded, practical perspective in helping business owners and their teams strengthen accounting and finance processes. With 17 years of experience managing an export firm registered with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), and 13 years in consultancy, bookkeeping, and compliance work across multiple industries, she is a trusted ally in navigating the financial and regulatory aspects of business operations.
Her experience with ISO quality systems—from ISO 9000:2001 to the current ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System—further enhances her ability to design, refine, and strengthen finance and accounting process flows. Over the years, Grace’s role has evolved beyond managing numbers to serving as a strategic partner to management, supporting sustainability, efficiency, and the long-term success of the business.
Edhil Bumanlag, DipOD, DipHCM, CLSSGB
Chief Branding Officer and Affiliate Consultant
Edhil “E” Bumanlag is a Senior Manager II for Training and Organizational Communications of a top BPO company, with over 16 years of experience in Learning and Development across the BPO, Manufacturing, IT, and Shared Services sectors. He specializes in end-to-end Instructional Design, from analysis to evaluation, with strong expertise in eLearning development and technology-driven learning interventions.

Atty. Alphecca B. Adolfo-Madrid

Atty. Alphecca B. Adolfo-Madrid is a seasoned AML/CFT and integrity due diligence specialist with over 15 years of experience in central banking, financial intelligence, and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as an Integrity Due Diligence Consultant at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), supporting major infrastructure finance projects across Central and West Asia.
Previously, she held key regulatory roles at the Anti-Money Laundering Council Secretariat (AMLCS) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, where she contributed to strengthening financial integrity and risk management frameworks.
A CAMS-certified lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, Atty. Adolfo-Madrid is the AML/CFT Course Director at the Center for Global Best Practices and a law lecturer at Adamson University School of Law. She also maintains an active general law practice at Madrid Law Office, providing strategic legal and compliance advisory services.

Mark Borres

Mark Borres is the Senior Research and Statistics Consultant and Managing Director of Borres Research and Statistics Educational Consultancy Services. He has over 15 years of experience in research, statistics, and data analytics. He has authored more than 30 international publications and provides specialized consultancy services in statistical analysis and research design for undergraduate and postgraduate students, businesses, government agencies, and non-government organizations in the Philippines and abroad.
He has served as an international journal consultant, peer reviewer, editorial board member, and research collaborator. Currently, he is an active peer reviewer for IEEE research publications (New York, USA), the Asian Journal for Probability and Statistics (India), Environment Asia (Thailand), and the Van Lang University Journal of Sustainability (Vietnam).
His professional excellence has been recognized through nominations as a Finalist for the Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines (Mathematics Category) and as a Tatak UP Awards nominee in Science and Technology and Education.
